Yvonne has always found people fascinating; self-discovery exhilarating; releasing clients’ potential incredibly rewarding, and she’s energized by learning. She simply LOVES her work!  Yvonne has been fortunate enough to have worked in learning-related roles for most of her 30-year career.

As a Training Manager within Unilever UK, she supported the learning development of the 320+ professionals within the Sales and Marketing Departments. This role involved all aspects of learning, including training, team-building and coaching – all of which Yvonne enjoyed enormously.

In 2007, Yvonne started freelancing as a Trainer, Business & Career Coach and Team-Builder and in 2009 she became one of Premier Partnership’s Associate Trainers.

Yvonne’s portfolio of clients now spans the private sector, the public sector, numerous local authorities), as well as various universities.

 

Yvonne is a coach with 950+ hours of coaching experience, she's a qualified trainer and also has accreditation in the following psychometric tools:

• Myers Briggs  – Natural Preferences and Personality Traits

• FIRO-B – Fundamental Interpersonal Behaviours & Impact on Others

• TKI - Conflict Management Tool.

 

She has delivered and assessed accredited Line Management & Team Leadership programmes for the ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) and the CMI (Chartered Management Institute).

 

Yvonne’s speciality is in using structured questioning techniques to diagnose situations very carefully before recommending tailored routes to deliver results.  Her approach focuses on finding the best ways to achieve success by pro-actively managing your impact on others.  From her vast experience in the training world, Yvonne can then draw on a whole host of learning models, theories, techniques and approaches, to find creative and effective learning solutions to support her clients achieve their most challenging business goals.
